Legal – Privacy policy
What we collect when you use clevarity.com, why, and the choices you have.
Last updated: 17 October 2026
This policy explains how Clevarity LLC FZ (“Clevarity”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, clevarity.com. It does not cover work we carry out for clients, which is governed by our contracts with them.
Who we are
Clevarity LLC FZ is a software and AI engineering company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Nad al Sheba, Dubai. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any question about it, or to use any of your rights, write to [email protected].
What we collect
When you send an enquiry. Our contact form asks for your name, work email, company and a description of what you want built. You can also choose to tell us your role, company size, phone number, the services you are interested in, your timeline, your budget range and how you heard about us. We also record which page the form was sent from and that you agreed to this policy.
When you email or call us. Your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
When you browse the site. Google Analytics collects information about your visit: the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), and your device and browser type. We use this in aggregate and do not use it to identify you.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information, and we ask you not to include it in an enquiry.
How we use it
We use enquiry details only to reply to you, to understand what you need, and to discuss and prepare proposals for the work you asked about. We use analytics information to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Our legal grounds
We handle enquiry details with your consent, which you give when you send the form, and because it is necessary to take steps you have asked for before a possible contract. We use analytics on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to host this website, receive enquiries, deliver email and measure how the site is used. They handle personal information only on our instructions, under written data processing terms, and may not use it for their own purposes.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights. We never sell enquiry details or share them with other companies for their own use.
International transfers
Some of our service providers process information outside the UAE, the UK and the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on recognised safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, to keep your information protected.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and then delete them. If your enquiry leads to work together, we keep the relevant records for as long as our contract and our legal and accounting obligations require. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Cookies and local storage
Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to tell visits apart. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site also stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser; this never leaves your device.
How we protect it
The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to enquiries is limited to the members of our team who need it to reply, and the services we use are protected with strong authentication.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it to someone else. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.
These rights come from the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for people in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office or to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not aimed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if how we handle personal information changes, and change the date at the top when we do.
